SRIJON CHOWDHURY
Srijon Chowdhury is a contemporary artist from Bangladesh, now based in the US. SOSHIRO MATSUBARA
Soshiro Matsubara is a contemporary Japanese artist based in Vienna, known for his works that explore themes of eroticism and desire. He creates ceramic sculptures using old magazine snippets and antiques that depict entwined and estranged lovers. One of his main inspirations is the turbulent relationship between Oskar Kokoschka and Alma Mahler. Shinro Ohtake is a renowned Japanese artist with an eclectic practice that spans multiple disciplines, including drawing, collage, sculptural assemblage, sound, and architecture. His heavily collaged scrapbooks are best known for exploring the impact of modern visual culture on shaping and recording our experiences. Ohtake has also worked on architectural projects such as the I Love Yu Bath House on the Japanese island of Naoshima, which combines architectural pastiche, sculpture, and collaged images. Ohtake has held mid-career retrospective exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tokyo and the Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art, among others.
