Saint Clair Cemin

Saint Clair Cemin (born 1951) is a Brazilian postmodern sculptor who is known for his innovative use of materials and his ability to blend classical and contemporary sculptural techniques.

Cemin was born in Cruz Alta, Brazil, and studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris before settling in New York City in 1981. He began his career as a sculptor in the 1980s, and his work has been exhibited in galleries and museums around the world.

Cemin's sculptures often challenge traditional notions of form and materiality. He has worked with a wide range of materials, including bronze, marble, glass, and found objects, and he often combines different materials in unexpected ways.
