Sophie Reinhold

Sophie Reinhold is a German contemporary artist who works across various mediums, including painting, sculpture, and installation. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1981 and currently lives and works in Berlin.

Reinhold's work often explores themes of memory, identity, and the relationship between the human body and space. Her paintings and sculptures are characterized by a strong sense of materiality, with a focus on texture and form. She frequently incorporates found objects and everyday materials into her works, imbuing them with new meaning and significance.
