Toulu Hassani
Toulu Hassani’s art explores the borders of painting, employing diverse methods and materials such as oil paint, wood, epoxy resin, and rawhide to create her images.
By emphasizing the materials, the viewer's focus is directed towards what is intended to be seen. This reduction allows essential elements to emerge prominently, challenging perception and questioning the illusions inherent in structures and surfaces.
