Biography of Rose Husseiny

Rose Husseiny's artistic journey began amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, where she was born. After graduating from the Lebanese University with a double major in Philosophy and Fine Art, she embarked on a path that would lead her to become a respected artist and a professor of Fine Art at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Art (ALBA).

Husseiny's artistic exploration took her further, as she joined the Association of the Lebanese Painters and Sculptors in 1990 and later traveled to Paris to study the Lithograph technique at L’Atelier des Beaux-Arts in 1995. 

Throughout her career, Husseiny has showcased her talent in numerous solo and collective exhibitions across Lebanon, Switzerland, France, and the UAE. Galerie Janine Rubeiz in Lebanon has hosted six solo shows dedicated to her remarkable artwork, highlighting her profound impact on the Lebanese art scene.

Currently, Rose Husseiny divides her time between Canada and Lebanon.
