Luisanna Gonzalez Quattrini

Luisanna Gonzalez Quattrini is a contemporary Peruvian-Swiss artist based in Basel, Switzerland. She was born in Lima, Peru, in 1972 and later moved to Switzerland.

Gonzalez Quattrini's work often explores themes of identity, migration, and cultural heritage, drawing on her own experiences growing up in Peru and Switzerland. She uses a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, and mixed media, to create colorful, abstract works that blend elements of both cultures.

Gonzalez Quattrini has exhibited her work in many galleries and museums in Europe and South America, including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Lima, the Kunsthaus Baselland in Basel, and the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. She has also been the recipient of several awards and honors, including the Kiefer Hablitzel Prize in 2005.
