Kwan Sheung Chi
Kwan Sheung Chi is a contemporary artist from Hong Kong. He was born in 1980 and studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts in 2003.
Kwan's work often addresses social and political issues, particularly those related to Hong Kong's identity and cultural heritage. He works across a variety of media, including installation, video, performance, and sculpture.
In 2005, Kwan co-founded the art collective Woofer Ten, which was known for their unconventional performances and events. He has also participated in numerous exhibitions and biennials, including the 52nd Venice Biennale in 2007, the Guangzhou Triennial in 2008, and the 10th Shanghai Biennale in 2014.
