Gregory Olympio
Gregory Olympio is a Togolese contemporary artist born in 1986. Growing up in a mixed family with influences from Beninese, Togolese, and French cultures, Olympio developed a strong interest in art from an early age. He initially pursued studies in graphic design before turning to fine art and painting.
Olympio's work explores themes related to African identity, culture, and history. He uses a range of materials and techniques, including acrylics, oils, and collage, to create works that are both visually stunning and thought-provoking. One of Olympio's most notable works is his "Afrique en couleurs" series, which features vibrant, colorful portraits of African women.
