Fatima Pecci Carou

Fatima Pecci Carou is an artist based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was born in 1986 and holds a degree in Visual Arts from the National University of the Arts in Buenos Aires. Pecci Carou's work often explores the themes of memory, identity, and the relationship between personal and collective histories. She works across a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, and sculpture.

Pecci Carou has exhibited her work in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Argentina, as well as internationally in countries such as Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, and the United States. Her work has been featured in various art fairs, including Miami Beach, and she has received several awards and grants, including the National Scholarship for the Arts from the National Arts Fund in Argentina.

In addition to her artistic practice, Pecci Carou is also involved in education and community outreach. She has taught at the National University of the Arts in Buenos Aires and has conducted workshops and classes for children and adults in various community centers and cultural organizations.
