Bi Rongrong

Bi Rongrong is a contemporary Chinese artist known for her experimental multimedia works that explore the intersection of art and technology, identity, and memory. 

Bi Rongrong studied at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, where she received a degree in printmaking. She later attended the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, where she earned a master's degree in new media art. 

Bi Rongrong's early works focused on the themes of identity and memory, exploring how personal and cultural histories are shaped and preserved through visual and material artifacts. 

In recent years, Bi Rongrong has shifted her focus to exploring the potential of new technologies and materials in art-making. She has experimented with 3D printing, augmented reality, and other digital tools to create immersive installations and interactive experiences that blur the boundaries between art and technology. Her works often invite viewers to engage with them physically, intellectually, and emotionally, challenging conventional notions of art and the role of the artist in contemporary society.

Bi Rongrong's works have been exhibited at major galleries and museums in China and around the world.
