Vincent Valdez

Vincent Valdez is an American artist based in Houston and Los Angeles. He was born in 1977 in San Antonio, Texas, and received his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2000. Valdez has been the recipient of numerous awards and grants, including the Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant for Painters and Sculptors in 2016, and he has completed residencies at various institutions such as the Skowhegan School of Painting and the Vermont Studio Center.
