René Myrha
René Myrha is a painter and printmaker known for his colorful and expressive works. He studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and was influenced by the Fauvist movement, particularly the work of André Derain. Myrha's early works were characterized by bold brushstrokes and vivid colors, depicting landscapes, still lifes, and portraits.
In the 1920s, Myrha began experimenting with printmaking techniques such as woodcuts, linocuts, and etchings, which allowed him to create more intricate and detailed works. He also began to incorporate elements of Cubism and Surrealism into his art, creating dreamlike and abstract compositions.
Throughout his career, Myrha remained dedicated to his unique vision and style, which combined elements of various artistic movements. His works have been exhibited in galleries and museums throughout Europe, including the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris and the Kunsthaus Zürich.
