Gordon Cheung's Art Style
Gordon Cheung has forged an innovative artistic approach that merges virtual and physical realities, exploring existential themes about human existence within civilizations shaped by victorious histories. His work probes into the impacts of global capitalism and its mechanisms of power on our understanding of identity, territory, and belonging. These narratives are refracted through the lenses of culture, mythology, religion, and politics, creating dreamlike urban landscapes that reflect his hybrid cultural identity.
