Costanza Candeloro
Costanza Candeloro is a writer and visual artist born in Bologna, Italy in 1990, and currently living in both Italy and Switzerland. Her work explores the relationship between the human body and everyday objects, focusing on unconventional connections that offer new perspectives on this relationship.
Candeloro's recent projects include "...of Angeles & Apocalypse" at the Derek Jarman Complex, Istituto Svizzero in Milan in 2020, and "Life-Edit" at the Fondazione Prada in Milan, also in 2020. She has also participated in group exhibitions such as "H or the audience" at FriArt, Kusthalle Fribourg in 2020, the 16th Rome Art Quadriennale at Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome in 2016, and "Erba Voglio" at Wallriss in Fribourg in 2015.
In addition to her visual art practice, Candeloro is also involved in the Licit Illicit Bookshop project, a mobile bookshop dedicated to Radicalism & Rarities, and is the co-founder of Idioletta, which focuses on the production and dissemination of experimental literature.
