Cici Wu

Cici Wu is a New York-based artist who was born in 1989. She received her BA from The City University of Hong Kong, School of Creative Media and went on to earn an MFA in Sculpture from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore in 2015. Wu has had solo exhibitions at 47 Canal, New York, Bonnevalle, Noisy-le-Sec, France, and Empty Gallery, Hong Kong, among others. She has participated in group exhibitions at Para Site, Hong Kong, Interstate Projects, Brooklyn, and Triangle Art Association, Brooklyn, among others. Wu has also participated in the Yokohama Triennial and the Seoul Mediacity Biennale. In addition to her artistic practice, Wu co-founded PRACTICE, a studio, residency, and exhibition space based in New York, in 2015. She has also curated exhibitions and participated in various talks and screenings.
