Martin Munkácsi

Martin Munkácsi was a Hungarian-born photographer known for his innovative approach to fashion, sports, and documentary photography.

Munkácsi began his career as a sports photographer in Hungary, where he developed a reputation for capturing the energy and movement of athletes in action. In the 1930s, he moved to Berlin and became one of the leading photographers of the day, working for publications such as Harper's Bazaar and Life magazine.
