Carmen Perrin

Carmen Perrin is a Swiss contemporary artist. She studied at the École cantonale d'art de Lausanne (ECAL) in Switzerland and later at the École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs (ENSAD) in Paris, France. Perrin's work focuses on exploring the relationship between space, light, and matter, and she often creates installations and sculptures that play with perception and the interaction between the work and its environment. She has exhibited extensively in Switzerland and internationally, including at the Venice Biennale in 1988 and 2009. Her works are also included in the collections of several prominent museums, such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
