Angelo Filomeno

Angelo Filomeno is an Italian-born artist known for his intricate embroidery and mixed-media artworks. He was born in Ostuni, a small town in the southern region of Puglia, Italy, in 1963. Filomeno studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, Lecce, Italy. In 1992 he moved to New York City, where he lives and works.

Furthermore, Filomeno's art has been included in the prestigious 52nd Venice Biennale.
