Pinchas Burstein
Pinchas Burstein (1914-2001) was a Jewish artist born in Poland who later lived in Israel. He is known for his figurative paintings and sculptures that explore the Jewish identity, tradition, and history.
Burstein studied at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, Israel, where he became a professor and a mentor to many young artists. His artwork often features scenes from the Bible, Jewish holidays, and Jewish everyday life.
