Nicola Martini

Milan-based artist Nicola Martini was born in Florence in 1984. He has held numerous solo exhibitions including Clima, Milan for "Appunti dall'Inframezzo" in 2021, Galerie Philipp Zollinger, Zurich for "And Welded Skin" in 2020, and DITTRICH & SCHLECHTRIEM, Berlin for "Molten" in 2018. In addition to this, his work has been featured in group exhibitions such as "2020 Year of the Rat" at DITTRICH & SCHLECHTRIEM, Berlin in 2020, "Performativity" curated by Denis Isaia and Sara Enrico at Centrale Fies, Dro, and "#80 | #90" curated by Pier Paolo Pancotto at Villa Medici, Rome in 2019. Other exhibitions he has participated in include "As If We Never Said Goodbye" at Dittrich & Schlechtriem, Berlin, "Intuition" curated by Alex Vervoordt and Daniela Ferretti at Palazzo Fortuny, Venice in 2017, and "Inside David's Thigh" curated by Nicola Martini at Roomservice, New York in 2016.
